THE ALABASTER BOY (In Post Prod)

Two young people standing face-to-face in a forest, one holding the other's face, with a soft background of trees.
Person holding a bright torch in dark environment

The Alabaster Boy delves into the fraught relationship between 18-year-old Joar and his rebellious older brother, Ivar. What begins as a playful wrestling match on a sunlit lawn spirals into chaos when Joar nearly chokes Ivar unconscious. When Ivar revives, his casual dismissal of the incident foreshadows their turbulent bond.

As Ivar's reckless behavior escalates, the brothers confront not only their own insecurities but also their mother Marion's hidden sorrow. Tension mounts when Ivar’s health deteriorates, forcing Joar to grapple with his fears and anger.

In a gripping climax, Joar faces a pivotal choice: follow Ivar down a destructive path or break free to carve out his own future. As emotions collide, the film masterfully explores themes of loyalty, love, and the struggle for identity amid chaos.
